We are pleased to announce that Charlene McNeil has joined the Verizon Enterprise Sales team. In this role, McNeil will support sales strategy for enterprise markets and drive Verizon services and solutions.
“Charlene is an expert addition to our Verizon Enterprise team,” said Robert Hayes, eXemplify Group founder and CEO. “With her deep client relationship management and technical support experience, we’ll be able to help our sales partners build an even stronger relationship with Verizon and offer our expertise on a more national level.”
“She rounds out what will be one of the first dedicated Verizon Enterprise sales teams from a Verizon Technology Services Distributor (TSD),” Hayes added.
eXemplify was recently named to the Verizon Partner Program as a Platinum Member, the highest possible partnership level available. The partnership with Verizon adds new offerings to its Sales Partner Triangle, an eXemplify Group program and holistic business approach that helps telecom agents, VARs, and MSPs develop new IT skills and opportunities.

With a career spanning over 20 years in IT, McNeil has managed technology solutions for commercial real estate, major airlines, and financial services. Prior to joining eXemplify Group, McNeil served in various project management roles for Manhattan Software, including Solution Architect and Engagement Manager. Here, she led the implementation of complex SaaS software projects for real estate and facility management clients. Other notable positions include Principal IT Project Manager for Sabre Airline Solutions, Sr. IT Project Manager for CB Richard Ellis, Business Analyst for Southwest Securities, and Vice President of Information Technology for Lincoln Property Company.
